The Downtown Grill reopened Monday after it had been closed for just over a year since the building caught fire, but the owners of The Downtown Grill worked every day to fulfill their dreams of reopening their restaurant. But not only did they reopen their original location, but they also expanded next door; the original location contains an entire bar area, while the new part of the restaurant is the full seating area.
The restaurant fire did not set them back as the owners had already been dreaming of expanding the restaurant, saying, “It has been our dream to expand and grow our business, allowing us to serve our customers and community better. Instead of letting the devastation we experienced last year set us back, we decided to push forward to make those dreams a reality.”
The Downtown Grill will be open: Monday-Thursday, 10:30 AM – 11 PM, and Friday-Saturday, 10:30 AM – Midnight.
The owners of the Downtown Grill kept in positive spirits throughout the entire journey saying, “We would not have been able to do it without all of the well-wishes and help from our customers, community, family, and friends.”
