Alabama Lottery: State Senate votes down bill 19-13

The Alabama State Senate voted down the lottery/casino bill that would have given citizens the ability to vote for Alabama to have a lottery. The Senate vote falls two short with a 19-13 vote. It would have required 21 votes in favor to pass
