LOCAL NEWS – After being hospitalized at Decatur-Morgan Hospital with a positive COVID-19 diagnosis, Mayor Marcum passed away at the age of 85 on Saturday night.
The South Vinemont flag has been lowered to half-staff in honor of JD Marcum’s tireless work for the Town of South Vinemont.
