The Alabama Community College system Board of Trustees honored the late Dr. Garlan Gudger Sr. on Wednesday by approving the naming of the student center at Wallace State Community College as the Garlan E. Gudger Sr. Student Center!
Dr. Gudger served as the college’s first dean of students starting in 1976 and was instrumental in the college’s growth for two decades.
