Morgan County Environmental Services issues statement concerning “Recycling Program”
“The recycling program for Cullman, Lawrence, Limestone and Morgan Counties are closed. The program for all four counties, depends on the Decatur Recycling Center. The recycling center depends on state corrections trustees to operate the facility and they are still in quarantine. No information about reopening has been announced by State Corrections.”
