In a press conference held by Morgan County officials earlier on Tuesday, Point Mallard officials announced that the park will not be opening for the remainder of the 2020 season.
The reasons for remaining closed were cited as being due to to keeping visitors safe and ongoing regulations and restrictions.
The Park officials said that they will be working diligently to ensure that next year, Point Mallard’s 50th Anniversary, will be the best yet.
