On Monday, December 2, 2019 Morgan County Sheriff Office Investigators executed a Felony Warrant for the arrest of Christopher Scott Martin , 40 of Cullman County, charged with 2 counts of 1st Degree Rape and 2 counts of 1st Degree Sodomy. The arrest stems from events in the Eva area of Morgan County involving a victim under the age of 12.
Martin was booked into the Morgan County Jail with a $100,000 Bond.
