Friday, September 20th 2019, Cullman County Sheriff’s Office investigators and deputies arrested Jason Brent McCoy, 44 y/o of Hoover, AL for Murder.
Angela McCoy 49 is the victim in the case.
CCSO investigators and deputies were contacted Friday about a potential missing person who is associated with the suspect.
Investigators and deputies did a welfare check at an address in the Bethel Community where they found the victim deceased. CCSO investigators worked all day Friday to quickly identify Mr. McCoy as the suspect and make the arrest late Friday night.
The victim had been staying at this residence for the past three weeks and had been a resident of Hoover, AL.
The suspect, Mr. McCoy, is being held in the Cullman County Detention Center with a $50,000 Cash Bond.
