On September 11, 2019, at about 10:35 am, an unknown black male entered the Hartselle Kroger and demanded money. He stated he had a gun and would shoot the clerk. The suspect got away with around $2000.00 cash.
A short time after the robbery, the suspect was involved in a wreck and left the scene of the accident near Mountainview Road and Georgia Street.
At about 7:30 pm, Officers from Hartselle, Priceville, and Deputies from Morgan County located the suspect, Londell Ramone Nunn Jr. hiding in the woods. Nunn, 27, of Decatur, Georgia, was arrested for Robbery 1st and given a $60,000.00 bond.
