Warrior, Ala. – September 4 marks a big day for the North Jefferson County and the City of Warrior has the cooperative now takes possession of the legendary Hallmark property last Friday. The master plan to preserve the property, barn, lake, and mansion has begun. These areas will be restored back to glorious conditions, and will be available to rent for special events.
The property makes up of roughly 550 acres, with direct access to I-65 and US Highway 31.
This project is estimated to bring over 700 jobs to this area.
